As an Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience, I have worked across Retail, Industry, Services, and currently, the Advertising and Marketing sectors. My academic background includes an MBA in Project Management from FGV, along with a postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mackenzie University.

I began my career in the technical field, specializing in ERP and infrastructure support, before transitioning into project and digital product management. Over the years, I have led strategic initiatives in software development, Web/Cloud solutions, Business Intelligence, SaaS, and system integration, driving innovation and business growth.

For the past 10 years, I have served as a Product Manager and Project & Program Manager at a multinational holding company, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products. I played a key role in the global implementation of a product I developed, significantly increasing its adoption and business impact.

I am well-versed in agile and traditional project management methodologies, ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget, while also excelling in remote team leadership. Most recently, I have been working on integrating Generative AI into digital products, leveraging prompt engineering to enhance models and better align them with business objectives.

- Supervised and launched the new media system optimizing the communication of the 5 companies of the group in Brazil with 100 users;

- Developed pioneering system of media competition generating 80% reduction in the execution time of personnel work;

- Project manager of online delivery of media material for television vehicles, providing more safety, agility and transparency in the process;

- Managed the development and implementation the new E-Commerce site to Ford Company;

- Created the Business Intelligence (B.I.) area in the company, generating performance indicators for high agency management and 90% reduction in the execution time of SOX audit and reporting processes.
